Living room area opens out onto patio/garden/pool via full height folding stack glass doors. Partial covered patio extends into garden with separate partially covered dining area in far corner of garden. Leading off living area is a separate enclosed TV room which acts as a thorough-fare to bedroom 1. Upstairs are the remaining bedrooms/bathrooms.
