Quaint older two-level, fenced-in property in PRIME LOCATION surrounded by natural landscaping. Upstairs houses the spacious open plan living area with kitchen (with scullery), dining-area and lounges (with fire-place) opening onto patio extending into garden with views. Back patio with built-in braai and views. Downstairs is split into left and right wing each with 2 bedrooms/1 bathroom.

Bedroom 1 (right wing): King size bed, leading out into semi-private garden
Bedroom 2 (right wing): 2 Single beds.
Bathroom 1 (right wing): Bath/shower/toilet
Bedroom 3 (left wing): 2 Singles
Bedroom 4 (left wing): 2 Single beds, with private entrance into back garden/parking area.

Any services required outside of general cleaning i.e. launder, baby-sitting etc. is on request and to be negotiated directly with housekeeper at an additional charge. Public holidays/Sundays excluded.
- Access to house is via basic wooden and/or tiled path.
- Stairs (2 flights) and retainer walls to downstairs section are not child friendly.
- Due to location of house, can lend to high traffic volume and noise.
- Upstairs sections flooring is quarry tiles, while downstairs is carpeted.
